Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Network Activities

Cloudlelo strictly prohibits any use of its network infrastructure for:

• Launching or facilitating Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or port scans.
• Transmitting unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or hosting mass mailing lists without double opt-in.
• Distributing malware, trojans, ransomware, or operating botnet command-and-control servers.
• Hosting copyright-infringing torrent trackers or pirated media without lawful license.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared virtual servers without dedicated GPU/CPU allocation.

2. Immediate Suspension for Malicious Activity

Any instance or physical server verified to be actively launching outbound cyberattacks will be placed into network isolation immediately by our automated security telemetry to protect upstream peering integrity.

3. Abuse Reporting

Reports of abuse, spam, or copyright violations originating from Cloudlelo IP allocations should be transmitted to: abuse@cloudlelo.com with full log snippets.
