Legal Notice: Cloudlelo is an Indian cloud infrastructure entity. This privacy policy outlines data handling practices aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and CERT-In cybersecurity directives.

1. Data Sovereignty & Storage

Cloudlelo stores and processes customer data strictly within data centers located in India (Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru). We do not transfer, mirror, or back up proprietary client data outside sovereign Indian borders without explicit customer authorization.

2. Information Collected

We collect personal and corporate contact details (Name, Work Email, Mobile Number, Company Name, and GSTIN) solely for identity verification, tax invoicing, service provisioning, and technical NOC support.

3. Log Retention & CERT-In Alignment

In accordance with Government of India CERT-In cybersecurity directives, infrastructure connection logs, firewall connection state tables, and authentication logs are securely retained within Indian jurisdiction for the mandatory statutory period of 180 days.

4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Cloudlelo will never sell, lease, or monetize customer contact or configuration data. Client data is treated with strict enterprise confidentiality.
