Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Shared Hosting & Cloud Compute Guarantee

Cloudlelo offers a 7-day initial money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of standard Web Hosting and Cloud Server instances. If you are dissatisfied with system performance, a full refund of compute fees (excluding domain registrations or license fees) may be requested.

2. Dedicated Bare Metal & GPU Servers

Due to custom physical hardware procurement, rack assembly, port burn-in testing, and reserved power density allocations, dedicated bare-metal servers, colocation spaces, and GPU compute instances are non-refundable once handed over.

3. Cancellation Notice Periods

Cancellation requests must be submitted via the client portal or verified support email at least seven (7) days prior to the subsequent monthly renewal date to prevent automated billing.
