1. Master Services Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the procurement, provisioning, and operation of dedicated bare-metal servers, virtual private servers (VPS), cloud compute, colocation rack space, and managed IT services provided by Cloudlelo.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commitments

Cloudlelo provides a 99.9% network uptime commitment across our multi-homed BGP routing facilities. In the event of an unscheduled network interruption extending beyond the permitted threshold, service credits will be applied proportionally against the client's subsequent billing cycle.

3. Bare Metal Hardware Replacement Guarantee

For dedicated server chassis, faulty core components (processors, ECC memory modules, enterprise NVMe drives, or power supplies) will be physically diagnosed and replaced within two (2) hours of ticket verification by on-site datacenter engineers.

4. Invoicing and Payment Terms

All recurring infrastructure subscriptions are billed in advance according to the elected cycle (Monthly or Annual). Payment methods include UPI, NetBanking, NEFT/RTGS, and corporate credit cards. Tax invoices are issued inclusive of applicable 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising thereunder shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
