NOC Operations Specialist (24/7 Rotational)

Role Overview
Join our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) team monitoring server vitals, handling hardware alerts, and supporting hosting customers with blazing-fast response times.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor global datacenter node uptime, bandwidth usage, and hardware metrics.
Respond to automated alerts within our contractual 15-minute SLA.
Provide technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing portal, phone, and live chat.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Strong foundational Linux and Windows command-line administration skills.
Experience with monitoring toolchains (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios).
Familiarity with web hosting control panels (cPanel, WHM, Plesk).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) at our Noida NOC.
