Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux Systems Engineer to lead our bare-metal hardware operations, KVM virtualization clusters, and kernel performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and harden bare-metal dedicated servers and cloud virtualization clusters.
Troubleshoot complex hardware, kernel, network, and storage bottlenecks in 24/7 production.
Automate repetitive deployment pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
Participate in high-priority incident escalation and root-cause analysis.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Deep expertise in enterprise Linux distributions (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian).
Hands-on experience with KVM virtualization, QEMU, libvirt, and Open vSwitch.
Proficiency in bash scripting, Python, and configuration management (Ansible).
Experience configuring hardware RAID controllers, enterprise NVMe storage, and IPMI/BMC interfaces.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, BGP, DNS, iptables/nftables, and WireGuard.
